Taiwanese Researchers Design Bone-Compatible Metals That Reduce Implant Failure Risk

"Most medical implants are designed to be strong, but strength alone can create problems inside the human body. When implants are much stiffer than bone, they can weaken the surrounding tissue over time, increasing the risk of failure.
