Nearly 9 in 10 Organizations Oppose Proposed OMB Federal Grant Rule Changes
An analysis of more than 3,600 comments submitted by organizations to the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding a proposed rule change that would dramatically alter the decision-making processes for federal grants found that nearly 88% of these comments expressed opposition to the proposed changes.
