PheochromocytomaPheochromocytoma is a tumor usually found in the adrenal glands (located on the kidneys). The tumor usually is not cancerous, but it can be fatal if left untreated. Pheochromocytoma is rare and occurs most often in young adults. It causes attacks of high blood pressure, headaches, excessive sweating, nausea and vomiting, anxiety, and loss of consciousness.
