Diagonal Curl

Diagonal-curl exercise

This exercise stretches your back, spine, and upper torso muscles.

  1. Sit with your feet out in front, knees bent, and hands clasped in front of you.
  2. Slowly twist your upper torso to the left and then to the right.
  3. Twist to both sides a total of 5 times.
